1. Choose the number of pets you want included in the portrait.

2. Submit high-quality photo(s) of your pet, either by uploading them or emailing them to drawandcare@gmail.com. Ensure that the photos clearly show your pet’s face (or full body) from different angles. If you want two animals in the artwork, please provide separate photos of each pet’s face and full body.
Remember, the higher the quality of the photo, the more accurate the drawing will be.

3. Please specify whether you prefer a full-body, half-body, or headshot illustration. Keep in mind that both full and half-body options are available for depicting two animals, while single-pet wood slice ornaments can feature a headshot, half-body, or full-body portrait.
4. Choose from two background options: natural wood texture (no background) or a specific color.
If you prefer a plain color background, it can be classic white or any color of your choice! Just provide a screenshot, photo, or description of your desired color, and send it to us with your order details.

5. Would you like to include any accessories or additional items such as collars, pet ID tags, clothing, hats, bows, scarves, favorite toys, etc.? If so, please send us a photo of the item you would like included (or just describe it).
6. Please let us know if you'd like to add your pet’s name or any additional short text to your Christmas ornament? You can add your pet’s name next to, above, or below the image on the front, and include additional text like a gift message, date, or short quote on the back.
Please note that all details must be discussed before the work begins, and it is not possible to add a pet’s name during the drawing process.

7. To receive your Christmas wood ornament featuring an acrylic painting of your pet, please provide us with your delivery address, a valid phone number, and an email address.
